If they don't know the answer the person working with you will help find it out for you. Went there the day after Christmas expecting the usual chaos and even though it was sort busy the staff was willing to answer every question and do it with a smile on the face. Thanks REI Reading MA staff for the wonderful experience. I will be back again for sure
